Cancellation Policy

• ALL LASH EXTENSION SERVICES WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE THE OPAL LED/UV LIGHT SYSTEM ADHESIVE • • A valid debit/credit card must be saved on file prior to booking an appointment • A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before the scheduled service time • A 75% fee will be charged for cancellations made the same day of the scheduled service time • There is a 10 minute grace period, anything past 10 mins will result as a no show. A 75% fee will be charged for any day of no show appointments • After 3 tardies/cancellations, you will not be permitted to rebook; after one no show, you will not be permitted to rebook • By booking any service online or over the phone, you are agreeing to these policies • DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
